Vertuo
Vertuo is an advanced parametric design tool that enables clients to quantify and monetize the environmental and financial impacts of their sustainability strategies.
Bambalu
The Bambalu concept is an Ultra Low Carbon emission and highly thermally efficient unitized façade curtain wall. The performance exceeds the latest high-rise tower (commercial or residential) equirements, with 25% reduction of embodied carbon and aluminium mass, and up to 30% optimization of the thermal performance.
Vegetation Monitoring
A vegetation monitoring tool, based on satellite images and intended to improve management tools, namely by obtaining information about Landsat Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI), cleaning area, tree height/ fall radius, tree health, fall susceptibility (winds), disease detection, invasive species detection, vegetation detection in the middle of the highway and quantify biomass.
Theme 2: Future ready transport infrastructures & buildings
Robotiz3d
Robotiz3d develops ARRES EYE, a smart scanning device using patent-pending sensors and AI to detect, classify & analyze road defects in real time. It provides accurate data for proactive repairs, enabling cost-effective, efficient, and sustainable road management.
